* Anyone whose home institution is an Institutional member of ECMI qualifies for the ECMI Member registration.

** Including the option to become an individual ECMI member for 2 years.

 

Registration fees cover:

• Full registration:  conference attendance, information material, proceedings e-book, lunches, coffee breaks and social events (welcome reception, gala dinner, sightseeing tour in Budapest). 
• Student registration: conference attendance, information material, proceedings e-book, lunches, coffee breaks.
• One-Day Pass: conference attendance, information material, proceedings e-book, lunch, coffee breaks at the given day. Presentations are not allowed with the One-Day Pass fee.

 

Fee for accompanying person: 110 EUR, including welcome reception, gala dinner and sightseeing tour in Budapest.

 

Please note that registration fees only allow one scientific paper presentation (oral or poster) per participant.
