Registration fees cover: conference attendance, information material, proceedings e-book, lunches, coffee breaks and social events (welcome reception, gala dinner, sightseeing tour in Budapest). Please note that registration fees only allow one scientific paper presentation (oral or poster) per participant. Presentations are not allowed with the One Day Pass fee.

Student application does not include the participation on the welcome reception, gala dinner and sightseeing tour.

If you chosen a Non ECMI member fee (early or late) you are entitled to two years free membership of ECMI (usually this costs 70 euro) I accept two years free membership to ECMI

When requesting an invoice, please indicate the name, address and Tax Reference Number of the organisation which will be paying the invoice or your passport number in case you are the one paying the invoice. If the bank transfer is ordered by a natural person it will not be possible to issue an invoice to a company or organization.
